Effect of anode interfacial modification on the performance of laminated flexible ITO‐free organic solar cells

چکیده
Abstract Lamination technique is one of the most promising and effective approaches to produce flexible organic solar cells (OSCs), with combination high throughput simultaneous encapsulation. In this study, ITO‐free OSCs were successfully fabricated by lamination under optimized temperature pressure. It found that introduction hole interface layer PEDOT:MoO 3 helps improve both film hydrophobicity carrier extraction. A efficiency improvement about 30% obtained in interface‐modified laminating compared conventional laminated device. This work illustrates anode engineering has a significant effect on performance roll‐to‐roll self‐encapsulated OSCs.
